About The Position

We are actively seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Management Training Program at a progressive marketing and advertising firm. Our company specializes in cost-effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies, delivering the same results as traditional firms but at a fraction of the cost. By providing personalized marketing services for some of the largest retailers in the world, we help clients increase market share and develop loyal customer bases. About the Role: This entry-level position begins with comprehensive paid training, including basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the program, high-performing individuals will be promoted to Team Lead within the marketing department. The Assistant Brand Manager reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns
  • Assist with customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty initiatives
  • Manage external customer needs professionally and efficiently
  • Build leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns
  • Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
  • Plan, execute, and manage activities with the Brand Ambassador teams
  • Interact directly with customers and provide an exceptional client experience
  • Problem-solve and make sound professional decisions
