About The Position

We are actively seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Management Training Program at a progressive marketing and advertising firm . Our company specializes in cost-effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies , delivering the same results as traditional firms but at a fraction of the cost. By providing personalized marketing services for some of the largest retailers in the world, we help clients increase market share and develop loyal customer bases . About the Role: This entry-level position begins with comprehensive paid training , including basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research . Upon successful completion of the program, high-performing individuals will be promoted to Team Lead within the marketing department. The Assistant Brand Manager reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager .

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns
  • Assist with customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty initiatives
  • Manage external customer needs professionally and efficiently
  • Build leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns
  • Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
  • Plan, execute, and manage activities with the Brand Ambassador teams
  • Interact directly with customers and provide an exceptional client experience
  • Problem-solve and make sound professional decisions
