About The Position

Logan Property Management (“LPM”) is assigning a Temporary Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations and overall resident experience at Stella @ Towngate, a Class A apartment community located at 12845 Frederick St, Moreno Valley, CA 92553. This role is a temporary, non-exempt W-2 assignment intended to provide interim operational and supervisory coverage during a defined business need. The assignment is time-limited and does not guarantee continued employment beyond the anticipated assignment period.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a Class A/luxury setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in addressing resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance community satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan and coordinate community events and activities to promote resident engagement.
  • Assist with leasing activities, including conducting tours of the property, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions and resident information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and track marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain organized and efficient office operations, including managing correspondence, filing, and office supplies.
  • Support the Community Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and other documentation as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to community standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address and resolve maintenance requests and issues promptly.
  • Assist in the enforcement of community policies and regulations to maintain a high standard of living for residents.
  • Assist with rent collection, processing payments, and managing delinquent accounts.
  • Help prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Support the Community Manager in managing the property's budget and financial performance.
