POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Digital Marketing Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives for the Dia Style Subscription business. This entry-level role is designed for an early-career marketer who is eager to learn, develop hands-on experience, and grow within subscription and lifecycle marketing. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this position works closely with the Dia Style leadership team, cross-brand partners, and external agencies to support subscription-focused campaigns, promotions, and test programs across owned and paid channels. The role operates with guidance and mentorship, gradually building independence as skills and experience develop.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience or internship experience in digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related field (subscription or DTC experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic experience supporting or assisting with email and/or SMS marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and marketing channels with guidance and support
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ESPs, or CRM platforms) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Exposure to paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager) and/or simple design tools such as Canva is a plus
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with a desire to grow and develop marketing skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of subscription marketing campaigns across owned channels (email, SMS, push notifications) and select paid media channels (SEM, paid social) under the direction of senior team members.
  • Assist with building, quality-checking, and launching email and SMS campaigns, following established templates, processes, and approval workflows.
  • Partner with the Director of Brand Marketing and broader marketing team to support lifecycle initiatives, including customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign timelines, creative asset delivery, approvals, and launches.
  • Provide support for creative execution by making simple updates to marketing assets (e.g., email modules, mockups, or promotional materials) using existing guidelines and tools.
  • Manage campaign details such as project timelines, briefs, trafficking inputs, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance, customer behavior, and channel results, helping to compile insights and learn optimization best practices.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for email, SMS, paid media, and test initiatives using established reporting tools and templates.
  • Maintain promotional calendars, agency trackers, and creative documentation to support team alignment and organization.
  • Monitor competitor subscription offerings and marketing tactics to help inform testing ideas and learning opportunities.
