About The Position

The Learning Experience in Ahwatukee is seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Center Director to help lead daily operations and support our growing school community. This leadership role partners closely with the Center Director to ensure strong classroom quality, maintain licensing compliance, support enrollment efforts, and guide teaching staff. Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in an administrative or management role in a licensed childcare center
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
  • Must meet Arizona Department of Health Services licensing requirements
  • Experience working in early childhood education required
  • Strong decision making and leadership skills
  • Experience managing schedules and supporting classroom ratios
  • Reliable and organized with strong communication skills
  • Ability to support both administrative responsibilities and classroom operations
