UWSA seeks a Director, Early Childhood Education to lead the overall success of early childhood education goals by leading the Early Childhood Education team and collaborating with local partners, stakeholders, providers and parents to drive the Alamo Quality Pathway. The Director, Early Childhood Education is committed to strengthening early childhood education by partnering with partners and providers to increase access to quality early childhood education in Bexar County. The Director, Early Childhood Education works collaboratively with United Way of San Antonio Ready Children Impact Council to ensure all children are happy, healthy and ready to enter kindergarten. The ideal candidate will have experience leading collaborative, cross-sector nonprofit partnerships and be familiar with Results-Based Accountability. This person will have the ability to work and communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders in a professional manner. The successful candidate will be flexible, self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
