About The Position

Southern Hills, in Wichita Falls, Texas, is seeking an Assistant Principal. Licensure is preferred, but not required. Requirements

  • Master’s degree required, or currently enrolled in a program
  • Minimum of two years administrative experience in a K-12 setting
  • Minimum of five years of teaching experience
  • Early literacy specialist
  • Ability to provide exceptional instructional feedback
  • Motivate and inspire staff
  • Multi-task and excellent time management
  • Superior knowledge of operational leadership and effectiveness
  • Solid understanding of basic teaching pedagogy
