About The Position

Third Future Schools is a high-achieving and growing network of charter schools. The network's school in Hempstead, Texas Hempstead Elementary is looking for a Principal. The Principal is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school. They will create a safe and orderly learning environment that implements the instructional program to accomplish the mission and the vision of the school. They will lead and motivate the staff to strive for superior performance and help all children succeed and raise student proficiency. The Principal is supervised by the Director of Schools.

Requirements

Master’s degree requires, or currently enrolled in a program
Successful experience leading a school, district, or organization.
Demonstrated leadership and experience leading teams in complex organizations or complex environments.
Demonstrated experience managing change or educational reform.
Knowledge of curriculum and instructional delivery
Demonstrated ability to lead a group of people to the accomplishment of challenging goals or on a journey they would not ordinarily take on their own.
