Highlights of your role Supervise, coordinate, and assign work to production team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals Coach, mentor, and develop employees by providing performance feedback, supporting career development, and enforcing policies Review product quality and ensure machines are correctly set up, quickly addressing any issues Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through production methods, equipment performance, and working conditions Maintain accurate time, attendance, and production records, collaborating with other supervisors to coordinate work across departments Troubleshoot production challenges and support employees in solving problems

Requirements

  • An Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing team leadership
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using common production support tools
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
  • A commitment to motivating teams and supporting continuous improvement
  • Experience supervising production teams
  • Ability to read production-related instructions including safety rules, operating guides, and procedure manuals
  • Strong communication , coaching, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and guide others through changes
