Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Assistant Registrar, Registration will provide support to front line registration processes on the phone and in person. The position will also support efforts in streamlining enrollment processes to increase student success and retention. Provide leadership in the identification of students who face enrollment challenges and offer targeted support, programming, and advising, using data informed processes to engage key stakeholders in student success efforts and help in the creation of college level recruitment and retention efforts. Responsible for data collection to identify process gaps, along with the development of strategic collaborations with Student Services and Academic Affairs partners to implement programs and processes that contribute to the college's completion goals.
