Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager with a total of 5 years’ experience in a high-volume specialty retail operation
  • Merchandising softlines and hardlines
  • Able to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
  • Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, commitment to a “Do Whatever it Takes” attitude and a hands-on, lead by example management style
  • Interviewing, scheduling, staff development and managing labor
  • Product displays and building sales
