About The Position

Your Key Responsibilities Provide autonomous administrative support for dedicated teams or managers in the organization. Organize the office, assist to optimize procedures, sort and distribute communications (i.e. inbound/outbound correspondence, visitors, effective information flow). Handle administrative requests and queries, organize/schedule appointments, plan meetings, take minutes, and support customer and team events. Take over time and travel management, and/or travel expenses for team members or manager. Coordinate with other departments, and/or maintain relationships with external parties as involved (i.e. suppliers, customers, authorities). Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information, and assist in the preparation of qualified reports or presentations. Your Qualifications Associate degree in a business-related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative function. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication ability (written & verbal). Ability to meet deadlines. Ability and willingness to professionally represent Schaeffler in all settings. Ability to prioritize and make decisions. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship. Requirements

  • Associate degree in a business-related field.
