Assistant Spa Manager
About The Position
The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join our Spa team. The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations and development of the spa in accordance with Four Seasons standards, spa mission statement and local culture practices driven by the best possible guest and staff experience. The assistant spa manager is assisting the director of spa with managing evaluating staff performance, financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, labor, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control, as well as in planning and launches of PR events, internal and external promotions, is responding to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort and is complying with all Four Seasons policies, procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of Book4Time, Birchstreet, Opera is a plus
- Work authorization in the United States
Responsibilities
