Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-year lab experience, preferred experience in thermal management materials testing.
  • Highly driven with a sense of urgency, self-starter – takes initiative.
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to support up to 25% travel per year.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage feedback to conduct diverse test methods for product validation and benchmarking.
  • Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer related processes.
  • Responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, innovation, and members of Application Engineering field team.
  • Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Responsible for products application / technical training and coaching of field sales forces and customers.
