About The Position

We are seeking an Associate to join our Capital Markets team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining financial models and analyzing assets at all stages of development. You will be a key member of deal teams raising capital through project financing and other corporate capital raises. The role offers hands-on exposure to data-center project finance, including both debt and equity, and requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is an execution-oriented role, and you will thrive if you are detail oriented, analytical, skillful at collaborating cross-functionally, have strong communication skills, and are able to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast paced work environment. Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% for meetings and site visits. Location: Denver, CO (hybrid in-office role) Compensation: $90,000-$110,000K (Offers Bonus)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, renewable energy, investment banking, private equity, or advisory
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data center, real estate, or renewable energy development projects
  • Familiarity with project finance debt, securitized debt, tax equity, or structured equity investments
  • Experience reviewing financing documentation or supporting transaction closings

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain project-level financial models for data-center assets at all stages of development, construction, and operations. Run scenario analysis and summarize results in reports to management.
  • Support the execution of debt financing, tax equity, and structured equity transactions, including maintaining data rooms, managing due diligence processes, and coordinating with external parties.
  • Support review of financing documents, including credit agreements, term sheets, tax equity documents, and hedging arrangements.
  • Prepare financial information for company reporting packages and in support of investment decisions.
  • Assist in evaluating portfolio-level financing strategies, including warehouse facilities, holdco debt, revolvers, and corporate capital raises.
  • Work closely and collaboratively across the organization to efficiently and effectively prepare for and execute on financing transactions.
