About The Position

For more than 20 years, Stauer has built a successful direct-to-consumer business delivering unique luxury jewelry and fine watches through high-performance catalog and direct marketing programs. We are looking for a highly analytical marketer to join our team as an Associate Circulation Manager. This role sits at the center of our marketing engine and directly influences millions of dollars in catalog and direct mail circulation decisions each year. You will help determine who we mail, how often we mail them, and how we optimize campaigns for maximum lifetime value and profitability. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with large datasets, building test strategies, and translating results into actionable marketing decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or similar analytical field
Experience with customer segmentation, marketing analytics, or campaign management
Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools is a strong plus
Direct mail, catalog, or performance marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and execute circulation strategies for catalog and direct mail campaigns
Manage list selection and segmentation to optimize response and ROI
Analyze campaign performance including LTV, response rate, contribution margin, and payback
Identify and execute test-and-learn opportunities across targeting, frequency, and offer strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to align direct mail, e-commerce, and customer contact strategies
Manage relationships with list brokers, data partners, printers, and other vendors
Help expand and optimize our house file and multi-buyer conversion strategy
