Downtown Dental is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing, team-driven practice in the heart of Provo, Utah. About Downtown Dental Downtown Dental is a busy, energetic, and expanding family practice located in beautiful Provo. We recently completed a practice expansion and are excited to add a growth-minded Associate who wants to build a long-term future here. You’ll step into an established patient base in a modern, well-equipped practice with strong administrative systems already in place. This is an opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while continuing to expand your skills. Downtown Dental partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment. This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Downtown Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Utah dental license (or eligibility)
  • Strong interest in comprehensive general dentistry
  • Excellent communication and case presentation skills
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
  • Growth mindset with interest in future partnership

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
  • Perform exams, restorations, extractions, and treatment planning
  • Deliver preventive and advanced procedures with confidence and compassion
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Build long-term patient relationships based on trust
  • Collaborate with a strong clinical and support team
  • Contribute to a positive, teamwork-driven culture
