About the Role: Digital Marketing Associate We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to support and execute our paid advertising, social media, earned media, and partnership efforts, with a strong focus on driving brand awareness and external visibility. This U.S.-based role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys working across external-facing channels and balancing hands-on execution with strategic collaboration. You’ll partner closely with senior marketing leadership to bring paid, social, media, and partnership strategies to life, while owning day-to-day execution that shapes how our brand shows up externally. This position is open to candidates based in the United States and requires U.S. work authorization.

Requirements

  • +2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital advertising, social media, media outreach, and/or partnerships
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Data-informed mindset with interest in measuring awareness and engagement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting earned media outreach or placements
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads
  • Experience managing or supporting partnerships or co-marketing initiatives
  • B2B marketing experience, especially in data-, technology-, or analytics-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on awareness, reach, and engagement
  • Support audience targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing
  • Monitor performance and report on metrics such as impressions, reach, and CTR
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on landing pages, messaging, and campaign assets
  • Help develop and maintain a consistent social media strategy focused on brand awareness and engagement
  • Own the social content calendar and publishing cadence
  • Draft and publish posts, collaborate on visuals, and ensure messaging is on-brand
  • Track engagement trends and share insights and recommendations
  • Support earned media efforts, including: Researching relevant reporters and publications Maintaining media and reporter contact lists Coordinating contributed content, quotes, and background materials
  • Track media placements and support reporting on awareness impact
  • Help manage marketing-related partnerships that expand reach and visibility
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and communications with external partners
  • Support co-marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnership-driven campaigns
  • Maintain organized partnership documentation and status updates
  • Work closely with content, design, and leadership teams on awareness-driven initiatives
  • Help document learnings and best practices across channels
