Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS—or equivalent experience
• Strong Excel or PowerBI skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data

Nice To Haves

• Prior finance or data analytics experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze company financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
• Evaluate the financial impact of operational initiatives (new stores, products, services)
• Support financial reporting and planning for Executive Leadership and the Board.
• Reconcile general ledger and point‑of‑sale data, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environment.
