In this position...  The HR Coordinator, operating under general supervision, is responsible for applying existing organizational practices and procedures to administer resolutions for employee relations issues. This includes conducting investigations into conflicts, disputes, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and timeliness. The role supports the administration of company policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and workplace conduct. The Coordinator utilizes research, information gathering, analytical, and interpretation skills to address problems of moderate scope and complexity, thereby fostering a compliant and ethical work environment. Additionally, the role collaborates with Specialists to maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data pertaining to employee relations matters.
