The Associate Manager, Brand Management Activation position will support the development and execution of market activation and support leadership in achieving US Baby brand P&L goals. Support execution of omnichannel activations from concept to market across various disciplines including national, retail and social media, influencer, partnerships, digital commerce, in-store, public relations, experiential, etc. Manage content execution in support of NPD GTM assets, product refreshes, brand campaigns, etc. which include assets such as photography, video, packaging, digital, etc. Lead delivery of asset needs for key internal and external customer engagements presentation Manage process of brand compliance and DTC updates to deliver against brand/project needs The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of marketing experience combined with proven ability to drive brand growth by developing and executing omnichannel activations from organic social content to large scale multi touchpoint campaigns.
