A member of the Tapestry family, we are part of a global house of brands that has unwavering optimism and is committed to being innovative and wholly inclusive.    Title: Associate, Talent Acquisition (Corporate Commercial & Functional Groups)   Primary Purpose: The Associate, Talent Acquisition is responsible for shaping Tapestry’s talent pipeline by driving full‑cycle recruitment across our Corporate Commercial & Functional business groups and delivering an engaging, inclusive experience for every candidate and partner. The Associate also plays a key role in the execution of our corporate summer internship program - overseeing campus engagement, partner relationships, high‑volume recruitment, and program execution - to help attract, develop, and convert top early‑career talent.  

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience supporting full‑cycle recruiting, ideally within corporate or commercial functions; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to identify and engage candidates through job boards, inbound applications, and foundational sourcing techniques.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teammates, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow in influencing hiring decisions and shaping early‑talent strategies.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting early‑career talent, building strong candidate experiences, and contributing to a thoughtful, inclusive hiring culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems; experience with platforms such as LinkedIn and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support hiring managers and recruiting partners across Corporate Commercial & Functional business groups—including Buying, Planning, Allocation, Wholesale, Merchandising, Ecommerce, IT & Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, and other corporate functions—to understand talent needs and help shape effective recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate and support full‑cycle recruitment for roles up to Manager level, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and guiding candidates through each stage of the process.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple functions and levels, with a particular focus on early‑career, entry‑level, and mid‑level hiring needs.
  • Share interview best practices and reinforce inclusive hiring by equipping hiring teams with resources, guidance, and consistent communication.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring teams and recruiting partners to ensure alignment, momentum, and a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and engaging communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey, representing Tapestry’s values and commitment to an inclusive candidate experience.
  • Lead key components of the corporate summer internship program, including planning, outreach, and execution across all participating functions.
  • Coordinate campus and early‑talent events, manage relationships with university and non‑profit partners, and support ongoing engagement efforts.
  • Oversee platform and process management for high‑volume internship recruitment, including application review, candidate communication, interview logistics, and selection workflows.
  • Drive program preparation and execution, including orientation, programming, communications, and end‑of‑summer conversion processes.
  • Manage campus‑related reporting, track key metrics, and identify opportunities to evolve and elevate the internship program year over year.
