This role is designed for non‑Epic certified candidates who will be trained and certified in Epic and grow into an Epic Analyst role supporting healthcare clients. You will begin by learning Epic fundamentals, healthcare workflows, and delivery processes, and will progressively take on responsibilities including project coordination, workflow documentation, and solution design analysis under the guidance of experienced Epic consultants. The Work: Depending on the client engagement, the Epic Analyst – Entry Level (Non‑Certified) will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support. This role is located in Nashville, TN and will require on-site 3 days per week.

Requirements

  • Minimum associates degree
  • Degree completed by December 2026

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare subject matter expertise (clinical, operational, revenue cycle, patient access, etc.)
  • Certification in any medical field (CMA, Rad Tech, Lab Tech, PTA, OTA, etc.)
  • Proficiency in programming language, such as R, Python, SQL, Java, C, or C++
  • Prior internship or work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Epic certification training and successfully complete required Epic coursework and exams
  • Learn and support healthcare workflows, business processes, and system design concepts
  • Assist with project management activities, including task tracking, status updates, and coordination with team members
  • Document current‑state and future‑state workflows, requirements, and design decisions
  • Support analysis of system design and configuration options to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
  • Follow established delivery methodologies, standards, and governance processes
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and client stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned.
