BMA is seeking an Audio Visual Command Meeting Engineer to support our DLA JETS Network and Telecom Services Division Video Support Services contract. Job Summary Serves as Lead Audio Visual Engineer and manages three (3) Audio Visual Engineers. Travel within their respective zone to provide support and provides augmentation support to other zones as needed. Provides support to Integrated Command Conference Rooms, auditoriums, meeting spaces, and conference centers used by Senior Executive Service (SES) personnel and military officers. Manages AV projects with various models and makes of equipment. Reads blueprints and wires AV racks. Installs projection screens, plasma TVs, and various types of speakers, and conducts installation of AV systems at client sites. Supports classified areas by installing and troubleshooting Enterprise JWICS system hardware. Uses experience with AV/VTC, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), and Digital Signage (DS) equipment, internet-based video solutions, switchers, codecs, interfaces, and room design to install, pull, terminate, and test all AV-related cables, connectors, and interfaces. Uses testing experience to perform analysis and corrective actions on systems, networks, hardware, and software. Performs inventory management. Assists with end-of-life equipment replacement. Plans and delivers customer AV and VTC training, including hands-on use and operation of new equipment. Clearance Requirements There is a Top Secret Security clearance requirement for this position.
