Horizon Audiology provides comprehensive audiology services to the people of East Windsor, Pennington and the surrounding communities. With two convenient office locations, our team can help even more people in New Jersey experience healthier hearing and more fulfilled lives. Your hearing is an integral part of your overall health and well-being, that’s why we work with patients of all lifestyles and income. Our goal is to help you hear better so you can reconnect with your loved ones and hear the joyous sounds of life again. Our practice has been serving the community since 2007. Our locations in East Windsor and Pennington are open Monday – Friday 9AM – 4PM (with some flexibility). We will consider part or full-time. We’re seeking an exceptional, team-oriented Audiologist to join our experienced team and provide excellent and compassionate patient-centered care.

Requirements

Au.D. preferred.
NJ state license or ability to acquire.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a flexible attitude
The ability to work and contribute to a team environment as well as autonomy.
Self-motivated to increase practice revenue and satisfaction.
Strong compassion, care, and respect for patients

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations
Develop treatment plans and make recommendations and establish realistic expectations with patient’s needs.
Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers.
Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including HIPAA.
Stay up to date on changes in the field of audiology.
Adherence to company policies and procedures
Treating adults.
Community outreach initiatives.
