This is a full time position at 40 hours per week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Conducts comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments. • Conducts hearing and balance evaluations for patients of all ages according to established standards. • Evaluates, repairs, and performs fittings on hearing aids. • Performs VNG Testing, • Performs Cochlear Implant candidacy evaluations, activations, and re-mapping. • Conducts follow-up evaluations for patients. • Performs canalith repositioning maneuvers. • Dispenses FM assistive listening systems and other assistive devices. • Provides community service talks throughout the area and the Mercy Health System. • May be required to work flexible hours. • Performs other duties as assigned. Certification and Licensure Licensure as an audiologist. Completion of CEUs for state licensure. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring). Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
