Our Sidney, OH location has an opening for you as an Automation Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT). You will lead robotics and controls engineering teams responsible for researching, developing, designing, and implementing automated manufacturing systems. This role builds the long-term strategy for lights-out manufacturing and drives the research and development of new automated manufacturing technology trends and appropriately integrates the validated technology solutions into our manufacturing facilities of machined components. You’ll define the roadmap, lead the team, and deploy automation that fundamentally changes how we manufacture at scale. This role blends technical depth, people leadership, and cross-functional execution to enable next-generation manufacturing capabilities. As an AMT Automation Manager, You Will: Leadership & Strategy Build, lead, and scale a high-performance robotics and controls engineering team Set clear expectations, technical standards, and execution discipline Develop talented engineers into technical owners and future leaders Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, safety, and continuous improvement Establish long-term automation strategies and build actions plans to mature and deliver the next-generation manufacturing capabilities.
