This role requires you to have mix of leadership, hands-on SmartCOMM Forms Design, end-to-end Forms lifecycle process, technical leadership, people management and customer focus attitude. You should be able to design, define and determine the optimal solution patterns and architecture for Customer Communication Management products. Work closely with multiple teams on different platforms. You will collaborate with the project managers to keep project deliverables under schedule. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand market requirements and define the right solutions. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate project status and technical issues clearly. We are looking for a detail-oriented Automation QA Engineer with a strong background in API testing to join our fast-paced technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for our RESTful and/or SOAP APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—developers, product managers, DevOps, and other QA engineers—to ensure our software meets the highest quality standards.
