Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive service is preferred
Experience as a service technician, particularly with CDJR vehicles, is highly desirable
Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a thorough understanding of automotive systems
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on CDJR vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections
Use computerized diagnostic equipment to effectively identify vehicle problems
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs and maintenance options
Keep up-to-date with training on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products and services
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely service
