About The Position

Our growing automotive dealership is looking for a dependable and motivated Parts Department Assistant to support our fast-paced service and parts operation. This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in keeping our technicians productive and our customers taken care of. If you like staying busy, working around vehicles, and being part of a team, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

• Reliable and ready to work
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-moving dealership environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in daily parts shipments
• Stock and organize parts inventory
• Pull and deliver parts to technicians quickly and accurately
• Assist service advisors and parts counter staff
• Process parts returns and warranty parts
• Help maintain a clean, organized parts department
• Assist with inventory counts and stock control
