Requirements

Minimum 1 year of BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred
Excellent phone skills and confident verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Process-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
Comfortable working with CRM and DMS systems
Computer literate with solid basic computer skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and online service inquiries promptly and professionally
Schedule service appointments for maintenance, repairs, recalls, and warranty work
Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed or declined visits
Conduct outbound calls to support service campaigns, maintenance reminders, and customer retention efforts
Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM/DMS
Communicate clearly with service advisors and management to ensure smooth handoffs
Answer customer questions related to scheduling, service hours, and dealership processes
Deliver a positive, professional experience at every customer touchpoint
