The Service BDC Representative will spend the majority of the workday on the telephone and computer assisting customers. The ideal candidate is a person who is energetic, organized, and professional. This role handles both inbound and outbound phone calls and generates service appointments from our customer database. Key responsibilities include contacting customers, conducting follow-ups and surveys, cultivating relationships, and scheduling service appointments. The representative will utilize CRM tools, management software, and internet resources to manage inquiry flow, update customer records, and track customer interest. We are looking for someone with a winning attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. While previous experience is preferred, candidates with strong potential and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
