Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service dispatch, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling and management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule automotive service appointments to optimize shop productivity.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment status, service updates, and vehicle pickup times.
- Collaborate with service technicians and parts departments to manage workflow and prioritize urgent repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in the company’s management system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Support the service team in managing incoming service requests and follow-ups.
