Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive service dispatch, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule automotive service appointments to optimize shop productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment status, service updates, and vehicle pickup times.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and parts departments to manage workflow and prioritize urgent repairs.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation in the company’s management system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Support the service team in managing incoming service requests and follow-ups.
