About The Position

The Security Account Manager provides direction, oversight, and accountability for a single account within the division. Regularly coordinates with clients to ensure adequate Supervisory, Officer, and Cargo Screener staffing and compliance with all client requirements. Must be available to attend meetings and training as arranged by the client and management. Responsible for overall operational and financial performance of the account, ongoing assessments of staff, and regularly works with client and supervisory team to ensure proper staff assignments. The Account Manager manages the services and related operations provided to an assigned account, maintaining a direct working relationship with the client to ensure compliance with contract requirements and a high degree of customer service. Operational experience working in an air cargo /aviation environment with TSA Security Programs, SIDA processes, and knowledge with Aviation Security, Cargo Screening, Airport, and warehouse operations is critical. The Security Account Manager will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors, security officers, and cargo screeners at a 24/7 airport warehouse/office facility. The Account Manager will need to promote and drive the culture of Andy Frain Services to best support the recruitment and retention of employees.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
  • Proactively suggest and implement operational and financial strategies to management that improve execution and financial performance of the division. Seek to continuously improve client account while safeguarding the company. Present strategies to leadership.
  • Adhere to company requirements surrounding scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, open post rate, overtime (below 3%), direct labor costs, profit rate and revenue.
  • Supports security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates post orders. Assists in the development of site-specific training materials.
  • Oversees, coordinates and participates in the recruitment, selection, training, development and retention of high caliber employees in accordance with applicable law and Andy Frain policy.
  • Prepares and coordinates security officer staffing schedules. Coordinates alternate staffing coverage in the event scheduled security officers call off. Acts to ensure client requirements are met while controlling labor costs.
  • Assists in the development and administration of budget and business goals in relation to assigned account.
  • Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies and procedures. Acts to ensure that employees are treated with dignity and respect and that employees understand applicable laws, policies and procedures.
  • Coaches employees and administers disciplinary actions as necessary and in accordance applicable laws and Andy Frain policy.
  • Ensures that client and Andy Frain property are properly utilized, maintained and accounted for.
  • Ensures that there is a proper inventory of uniforms, equipment and supplies.
  • Maintains and submits payroll records and other business information.
  • Reviews security reports to verify post orders and client requirements have been satisfactorily followed.
  • Personally inspects all posts.
  • Develop post orders and best practices for each assigned position within a designated account
  • Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of Security Supervisors and Officers.
  • Proactively identifies risks to employees and company assets (buildings, equipment, etc.). Plays a central role in ensuring a safe, healthy and secure workplace.
  • Responsible for orientation and training of Security Officers and other personnel.
  • Develop site training aids and manuals to document process or operations and provided services
  • Meets regularly with client(s) to proactively address security, emergency and safety matters.
