The Consumer Insights & Analytics AVP will lead insights and analytics support for TJX’s Digital division (TJMaxx.com, Marshalls.com, Sierra stores and site) and of the TJX Rewards program. The AVP will be responsible for strategic partnership across the Digital division at TJX to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for customer base growth, and provide insights on how to build the brand and improve site experience. In partnership with marketing efficacy and media teams, the Consumer Insights AVP will also be responsible for audience strategy and testing in order to grow the .com and Sierra businesses. As lead of insights and analytics for the TJX Rewards program, the AVP will partner with our internal Rewards marketing team, finance team, and external partners to identify opportunities for cardholder base growth, diagnose performance, and partner on development of audience test and measurement. The AVP will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders, including other consumer insight leaders, brand marketing leads, finance leaders, digital experience leaders, and elevating insights and strategy to Executive Level. This leader will manage a team of three who are responsible for setting strategies and executing analytics in support of the Digital division and TJX Rewards. This includes oversight of associates who work within our expansive customer database.
