Position Summary: Reporting to the SVP Director of Integrated Marketing, the AVP, Senior Manager Integrated Marketing will play a key role in supporting the execution of innovative, 360-degree campaigns, programs, and activations that bring the Triumph brand and products to life. The Sr. Manager will also contribute to building affinity, engagement, and loyalty among current and future audiences. This role requires an individual with a passion for serving customers, integrated campaign management, and collaboration across teams, channels, and initiatives. The Sr. Manager will focus on demand generation, integrating product launches, always-on initiatives, and brand experiences across owned channels, paid channels, earned channels and through partnerships supporting our Broker segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • 5 years professional experience in marketing, with responsibility for development and execution (B2B and B2C).
  • 2-3 years in people management function
  • Integrated Campaign Execution Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns with a clear campaign thru-line across influencer, partnerships, PR, social, media, CRM, and channel marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline development, cross-functional coordination, and proactive communication of status and risks.
  • Experience aligning campaign strategy, timing, and execution across multiple teams and, where applicable, geographies.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against defined KPIs, using insights to optimize results.
  • Experience supporting the development and execution of brand and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience managing agency and production partners to deliver integrated marketing programs.
  • Insights-Led Strategy & Activation Insights-Led Strategy & Activation Ability to develop clear, actionable integrated campaign briefs outlining objectives, target audiences, key messages, and full-funnel success metrics.
  • Strong partnership skills with Product Marketing to translate customer, competitive, cultural, and internal insights into effective campaign strategies and activation plans.
  • Experience creating, executing, and optimizing content strategies, including persona-based campaigns and testing approaches.
  • Collaboration, Communication & Leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product, creative, media, PR, social, influencer, and partnership teams.
  • High ownership mindset with adaptability and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while providing guidance and support to Marketing specialists.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Tools & Technical Proficiency Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe tools; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a payments/financial/fintech/data services preferred.
  • Existing knowledge in the trucking/freight or payments/data industries.
  • Ideal if supporting brokerages.
  • Agency management experience is preferred as we have an in-house and distributive model

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements long and short-term integrated marketing and media plans for product offerings, ensuring uniformity in company brand, voice and messaging.
  • Leads a team of Marketing specialists.
  • Manages team members within the department and is responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management and development.
  • Communicates to broader internal audiences on upcoming marketing and communication initiatives that support business line growth.
  • Conceptualizes and oversees the development of marketing and sales materials such as web content, print and digital, social media/blog, print collateral, presentations, email and direct mail campaigns and video.
  • Oversees company and executive leadership’s participation in events related to the assigned business line, including sponsorships, tradeshows and/or seminars.
  • Measures marketing programs on an ongoing basis, providing executive-level reporting on campaign results.
  • Stays abreast of customer and competitive insights in the transportation (trucking), payments and data industries to best serve the objectives of the company and adapts plans accordingly.
  • Partners with the Risk Management/Legal/Compliance team to ensure the company’s compliance and vendor management requirements and standards are achieved.
  • Performs other duties and special projects assigned according to the needs of the organization.
