About The Position

The leader of Sourcing-to-Pay will be the architect of a world-class procurement and payment ecosystem. This self-motivated individual will lead the end-to-end strategy from supplier selection and contract negotiation to payment optimization ensuring sourcing decisions fuel business growth, reduce risk, and strengthen supplier relationships. The position will directly influence cost savings, operational efficiency, and the resilience of our supply chain from product and service selection to payment.
This position will be located at our Cleveland, OH office.
The expected salary range for this role is $180,000 - 200,000.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, payments or supply chain leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements in a global sourcing-to-pay environment.
• Expertise in procurement technology platforms (e.g., Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud).
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term, value-driven supplier partnerships.
• Deep understanding of compliance, risk management, and contract law in procurement contexts.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sourcing initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing-to-pay strategy that aligns with corporate goals and drives measurable value.
• Lead supplier relationship management, including strategic negotiations, performance reviews, and innovation partnerships.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of procurement and accounts payable technologies to streamline processes and improve visibility.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, Business, Compliance, Legal to mitigate risk and to optimize payment terms.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement and accounts payable teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and other factors to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
