The work:
The Azure Core Operations Associate Manager leads 24x7 operations for Azure’s core networking and infrastructure services across public and sovereign cloud environments. You’ll manage technical teams, oversee incident response, ensure service availability and compliance, and guide operations for key services like VNETs, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and hybrid connectivity. The role also includes integrating new services, driving automation and efficiency, and continuously improving processes, runbooks, and operational performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years in cloud or infrastructure operations (Azure preferred)
• 3+ years leading technical teams and technical leads
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, core infrastructure, monitoring, and hybrid connectivity
• Experience operating large‑scale or mission‑critical cloud environments
• Background with automation, tooling improvements, and 24x7 operations strongly valued
• Must possess a valid U.S. Passport
• Must hold an active TS‑level security clearance or higher

Nice To Haves

• Azure certifications (AZ‑104, AZ‑305, Architect Expert)
