About The Position

Perform the functions of needs analysis, design, selection, implementation and maintenance of business applications. Maintain effective, positive relationships with software vendors, implementation teams, and internal business units. Monitor existing systems and make recommendations where appropriate, to maintain acceptable levels of performance, reliability, user satisfaction and integration with other enterprise initiatives. Organize information, conduct meetings, and coordinate user roles on projects

Requirements

2 years’ experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and testing of client/server and web applications with relational databases, Oracle and SQL databases preferred
Progressive analysis/systems experience in large scale environment
Excellent verbal and written language communication skills

Nice To Haves

Two to five years working as a systems analyst supporting multiple applications in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, debugging, and problem-solving skills thought out and thorough technical solutions for problem solving and decision making
Assists in system-wide software installation, modification and support.
Serves as a contact for the end-users in their area of expertise
Maintains issue status and resolution in the ServiceNow tracking system, , keeping management and users fully informed of on-going progress
Assessing business needs, recommending and implementing information technologies.
Consulting and assisting users in making the most effective use of computer applications.
Work with Project Manager to create implementation plans and procedures for system rollout
Support the users with their day-to-day application use (Level 2)
Act as a liaison between the users and IT
Documentation and education of team on best practices within area of expertise including relevant technology options and alternative solutions
Documentation of systems through technical process maps and detailed business rules
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and meet project timelines with specified deliverables
