About The Position

PositionLocation: Primarily remote, with 1-2 days per week at our downtown Austin, TX office. The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and a global leader in anti-fraud training and certification. In this role, you will support our B2B Marketing team by coordinating projects, executing campaigns, and keeping key marketing initiatives on track. You’ll assist with email, web, and digital content efforts, maintain marketing collateral, and help manage processes through tools like Marketo and Salesforce. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure smooth execution of partner program marketing that strengthens relationships and drives program growth.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing or in a related industry preferred.
  • Four years of High School resulting in a diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field a plus.
  • Proven skills in organizing work, attending to detail, taking direction, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills for effective campaign analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sitecore or other Content Management System, Asana, Marketo and SalesForce a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports execution of B2B marketing activities across web content, email communications, collateral and social media under the direction of the B2B Marketing Manager.
  • Assists with building, scheduling, testing and reporting for email communications and landing pages in Marketo, and supports lead and campaign tracking activities connected to Salesforce as needed.
  • Coordinates recurring partner communications and promotion of webinars, roundtables, partner events, quarterly CAP and LEGA newsletters (assembling content, building in Marketo, testing, sending and reporting on metrics).
  • Assists in maintaining B2B marketing calendars, timelines and coordination to help ensure deliverables stay on schedule and stakeholders are informed.
  • Supports the creation, proofreading and quality-checking of B2B marketing collateral and digital content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Helps compile performance updates by gathering and organizing engagement and demographic data for review and optimization planning.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional partners (Marketing Operations, Business Development and other internal teams) to route requests, collect inputs and support a unified approach to lead generation and partner engagement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
