Responsibilities

  • Special Order Processing: Handle and process special orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the shipping and receiving of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and orders are fulfilled correctly.
  • Assist with inventory audits, ensuring stock is tracked and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to sales staff, including order processing, data entry, and general office support.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to inventory and sales.
  • Customer Experience Support: Ensure smooth and efficient order processing to contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with resolving operational issues impacting the customer experience, ensuring timely resolution.
  • General Back Office Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations, including supporting cross-departmental coordination.
