About The Position

Seda North America is seeking a Baler Operator on 3rd shift to join our team!  The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts, is organized and likes making the most of their time.

Pay starts at $20+ per hour, plus earn the shift premium of +$2.00/hr. Hours are Monday through Friday 11pm-7am. No mandatory OT! 

Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.

Education Assistance

 Specific Duties:

Safely and efficiently collect scrap paper and other materials from the production floor
Use sit down and stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks and other equipment 
Load Baler and create bales that are ready to ship
Maintain safe, clean and organized area
Load materials into shredder 

Qualifications/ Physical Demands

2+ years' experience with using pallet jacks and forklifts 
Prior experience in manufacturing setting strongly preferred
Strong focus on following safety and PPE requirements as trained
HS Diploma or equivalent required, technical degree or other certification a plus
Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience with using pallet jacks and forklifts
