Requirements

Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare all foods for banquet events according to event orders, recipes, and sanitation standards.
Cook hot and cold food items efficiently, ensuring consistent quality for large-volume service.
Assist with banquet setup, final plating, and presentation, including proper garnishing for all dishes.
Ensure accurate portioning and timely execution of all menu items for events of varying sizes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and prep area throughout all stages of service.
Communicate effectively with the Chef and banquet team to ensure smooth, coordinated execution of events.
Address guest needs or concerns professionally to support an exceptional banquet experience.
