Requirements

Previous serving experience preferred (three to six months).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks.
Basic computer proficiency.
Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

POS experience is advantageous.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously, following management's guidance.
Execute service according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision.
Monitor guests' consumption of alcoholic beverages and ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in preparatory duties such as polishing and folding.
Maintain cleanliness in event spaces and uphold health code guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and activities to assist guests effectively
