• Ability to lift and carry items when needed with a maximum weight of 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established service standards and protocols
• Assist bartenders with running side work responsibilities. For example, restock ice bins, glassware, garnishes as well as restock liquor, wine, beer.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, and ensure supplies are stocked before, during, and after shift. If you take the last of anything, inform a manager if it needs to be ordered, or replenish it if it is within the restaurant
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area during service.
• Pre-bus bar area throughout our guests dining experience.
• Assist servers and bartenders by running food, refilling guests drinks, and helping with other tasks throughout the shift.
• Follow proper “manners” protocol when interacting with any guest
