About The Position

The secret ingredient in every single item served in our bars is a pinch of hard
work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Barback to help our Bartenders make
every beverage and meal memorable by preparing, setting and maintaining
exceptional standards in our outlets.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Stocking bars with liquor, beer, wine, ice, and supplies by following
established procedures.

Cleaning beverage equipment, glasses, and service areas; assist Bar Wait
Staff and bartenders in clearing tables and cleaning lounge area.

Assisting Bartender in the preparation of garnishes and mixes.

Performing side-work, and any other opening or closing duties as required. 
Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift.

Clearing and cleaning tables in a prompt and efficient manner.  Cleaning
and/or wiping down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as
necessary.

Responding in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest requests and
complaints. 

Making appropriate service recovery gestures according to established
guidelines

Requirements

• Passion for delivering great service
• Previous experience as a Barback
• Experience working in a busy bar environment and working to deadlines
• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team
