The Bartender is responsible for providing alcoholic beverage and food service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of guest service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests at the bar, obtaining and accurately entering food and drink orders into a POS system. Monitors guests needs on a continual basis, ensuring quality and accuracy of orders being served. Stays knowledgeable on all menu items, with emphasis on mix drinks, offering suggestions and support to guests as needed. Maintains the cleanliness and organizations of bar areas and service stations. Assists in the upkeep, supplies and rotation of the liquor room. Safeguards TRCR assets and balances assigned banks accurately. Reports to management all guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service. Completes all required side duties as assigned, ensuring stations are stocked for following shift. Provides exceptional guest service by having an exceptional attitude when dealing with guests and fellow Team Members. Complies with all gaming regulations regarding alcohol sales. Closely follows the F&B department health and personal hygiene policy. Other duties as directed by management.
