About The Position

Crafts high-quality beverages while delivering elevated, engaging service to members and guests in the clubhouse bar, lounge, and event spaces. Maintains efficiency and elegance during both relaxed après
golf service and high-volume event periods.

Requirements

• 2+ years bartending experience in upscale or high-volume environment.
• Strong mixology knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a service team.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory controls preferrerd.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails to luxury presentation standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of wine, spirits, craft beer, and seasonal beveragefeatures.
• Provide warm, conversational service while maintaining professionalism with members.
• Manage bar setup, inventory, prep (juices, garnishes, syrups), and cleanliness.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible beverage service.
• Support banquet and tournament beverage operations.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist with beverage menu development and seasonal features as requested.
