Job Summary Responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest quality and presentation standards under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Chef de Partie. Leads and coordinates other cooks on assigned stations during service.

Requirements

  • Strong fundamental culinary skills and leadership ability.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and uphold luxury service standards

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily mise en place, station setup, and execution of dishes for a la carte, banquet, and member events.
  • Prepare and cook complex food items following club recipes, portion controls, and plating standards.
  • Train, mentor, and provide day-to-day direction to junior cooks (e.g., Cook 2/3).
  • Ensure stations are stocked with prepped ingredients and maintain consistency in timing and delivery.
  • Assist in quality assurance, order requisitions, and inventory duties as needed.
  • Maintain high sanitation and safety standards throughout service and prep.
